    I am a fairly fit 60 year-old woman. I get aerobic work on my own but have been thrilled with the strength work we do in class. Strength and flexibility are two key indicators for a good quality of life as we age (no matter where you are starting). Marion is able to gauge the workouts to fit our needs but still pushes and encourages us to meet our potential and to build the muscle we need. Marion has targeted multiple areas over the weeks and is able to give constructive feedback to help maintain and improve our form. I am thrilled with the classes. It is good be be sore the next day. It means we are working and getting stronger.

Fusion Flow is a blend of hatha, vinyasa, and kundalini yoga practice geared to calm the mind, connect within the body, and touch the soul. This class blends mindful Hatha alignment, fluid Vinyasa flow, and energetic Kundalini Kriyas to awaken the body and spirit. This class is non-competitive and fun, focusing on teamwork, partner poses, and learning how to feel comfortable in your own skin.

This class is designed for you to drop your kid off and enjoy an hour of you time! Go for a beautiful walk around hapgood pond, run home and take a nap, pick up some groceries, whatever your heart desires.
