  • Our Teachers are amazing and need a little TLC. This class provides a safe space for educators to connect within, reduce, relieve stress and just move their bodies while having fun. Some light cardio and resistance training with bands and yoga blocks.

  • We made it! Its not Friday, its Fri-Yay! This class is a celebration of life and how adults have fun!  This group fitness class will have your heart pounding and mouth smiling as you engage in different groups of work targeted to have fun in your whole body.

    I am a fairly fit 60 year-old woman. I get aerobic work on my own but have been thrilled with the strength work we do in class. Strength and flexibility are two key indicators for a good quality of life as we age (no matter where you are starting). Marion is able to gauge the workouts to fit our needs but still pushes and encourages us to meet our potential and to build the muscle we need. Marion has targeted multiple areas over the weeks and is able to give constructive feedback to help maintain and improve our form. I am thrilled with the classes. It is good be be sore the next day. It means we are working and getting stronger.

Fusion Flow is a blend of hatha, vinyasa, and kundalini yoga practice geared to calm the mind, connect within the body, and touch the soul. This class blends mindful Hatha alignment, fluid Vinyasa flow, and energetic Kundalini Kriyas to awaken the body and spirit. Participants will move through rhythmic sequences to build strength, engage in specific breathwork and mantras to unlock energy, and hold postures to improve flexibility, leaving feeling balanced, energized, and deeply centered.
