Together, we pause to consider our goals, hopes, and direction. This is about aligning with ourselves and with the journey ahead. This is a chance to reconnect with what brought you here—your questions, your hopes, your turning points—and consider how they’ve shifted or deepened.

Choosing to attend a yoga retreat can be a big decision especially if you have never been to one before. Best thing to do is little to that little voice inside. When you know, you know.

We have many options available. From the Main House to a Guest House. As well as a Commuter option. Most activities will be facilitated in the Studio space so it really does not matter where you decide to lay your head.
Also, you could share a Queen bed or keep the space for yourself.

Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

Figure out how you are going to arrive, If you need transportation to and fro, Take any time off work, arrange the child care, start pre-packing by selecting outfits (my favorite part), you know all the things to make sure you can completly un-plug and relax.

A week or so before the event we will be sending out a survey and a more complete itinerary for the weekend.

Your Home Away From Home
Private accommodations mean you'll have the bedroom entirely to yourself. Bathrooms may still be shared depending on the room.

Shared accommodations are priced per person. You'll have your own bed within a shared bedroom and will share the room with another retreat guest. If you're traveling with a friend and would like to room together, let us know when you register and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Main House
Just steps from the studio
The Main House is your home base for the retreat and sits directly next to the studio where many of our practices and workshops will take place. Wake up to peaceful mountain views, step outside into the Vermont landscape, and be just a few steps away from your morning practice.
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms: one private ensuite King bedroom and two Queen bedrooms that share a bathroom. The property itself offers sweeping mountain views and a peaceful, private setting on New Spring Farm.
Another inviting Queen bedroom in the Main House, perfect for settling into the slower rhythm of the weekend.
This room can be reserved privately or shared with another retreat guest.
Guest House
A little more tucked away, with space to connect and unwind
The Guest House offers additional sleeping accommodations on the New Spring Farm property. It's a wonderful option for guests who enjoy a little separation from the activity of the Main House while still being part of the retreat community.
There are three bedrooms: two Queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds.

All the retreat magic. Your own bed at night.
Live locally or prefer to sleep in your own space? You can still step away from the everyday and immerse yourself in the full Retreat to You experience.
Our Commuter option gives you the opportunity to spend your days at beautiful New Spring Farm in Peru, Vermont, participating in the yoga, workshops, nourishing meals, nature experiences, and connection that make this retreat so special—then return home to your own bed each night.
You’ll have the space to unplug from your usual responsibilities, slow down, reconnect with your body, and make time for YOU.

Antonella helps people reconnect with their bodies, minds, and innate wisdom. With advanced training in yoga and holistic wellness coaching, she brings a grounded, compassionate approach to creating sustainable wellbeing.
Her specialty is slow, intentional movement through restorative, yin, and somatic yoga, with practices deeply attuned to the nervous system. Antonella creates space to soften, listen inward, and reconnect with what your body has been asking for.
Marion
Holistic Fitness Coach • MS in Human Nutrition • Certified Health & Wellness Coach • 200-Hour Yoga Teacher
For nearly 20 years, Marion has explored the connection between movement, nutrition, wellness, and the joy of being alive. Her approach blends time-tested holistic practices with science-backed methods to build strength, resilience, and long-term vitality.
Known for her uplifting energy, encouraging instruction, and ability to make movement fun, Marion invites people to celebrate what their bodies can do. Through fitness, yoga, breathwork, nature, and gratitude, she creates experiences that leave people feeling stronger, more energized, and more connected to themselves.
