* Retreat to You *

What to Expect

A time to focus on you.

Three days to step away from the noise, responsibilities, expectations, and endless to-do lists—and return to the person underneath it all.

Come breathe. Move. Rest. Nourish. Reflect. Play. Connect.

Come be held.

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ A Supportive Space

Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

Nature & Nourishment

Nourish your body and reconnect with nature through seasonal meals, peaceful hikes, and time immersed in the beauty of Vermont. Cozy accommodations and thoughtfully prepared food create a comfortable, restorative environment where you can slow down, reset, and fully enjoy the retreat experience.

Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.

  • “This retreat reminded me that I am allowed to take up space in my own life. I came in feeling depleted and disconnected from myself, and I left feeling strong, grounded, and deeply connected to who I am. I didn’t need to become someone new—I just needed the space to come back to myself.”

  • “I came feeling like I was stuck on autopilot—just moving from one responsibility to the next. Something shifted during this retreat. Between the yoga, nature, reflection, and simply having space to breathe, I felt like I could hear myself again. I left with a renewed sense of clarity and excitement for my life.”

  • “I didn’t realize how badly I needed to step away until I actually did. For three days, I didn’t have to be the mom, the partner, the planner, or the one taking care of everyone else. I could just be me. I left feeling lighter, more grounded, and reminded that taking care of myself isn’t selfish—it’s necessary.”

  • “I didn’t come to the retreat looking for anything specific. I just knew I was tired. The combination of restorative practices, breathwork, nature, nourishing food, and being completely unplugged gave my body and mind permission to finally exhale. I didn't realize how much I had been holding until I finally let it go.”

  • “There was something incredibly powerful about practicing yoga, breathing, walking, and simply being outside surrounded by the Vermont landscape. The elements became part of the experience. I felt connected to my body, to nature, and to something much bigger than my everyday to-do list.”

  • “This wasn't just a weekend away. It felt like a reset from the inside out. The practices gave me tools I can actually bring home with me, but more importantly, the retreat gave me the space to listen to myself. I came home with a different relationship to my body, my energy, and my time.”

  • “I needed someone to give me permission to stop. To stop doing, fixing, planning, caring for everyone else—and just breathe. Retreat to You gave me that permission. For three days, I was cared for, nourished, challenged, supported, and reminded that I matter too. I came home feeling more like myself than I have in a long time.”
