You want more Self-Efficacy
As we move to a more virtual platform for learning, there is a stronger emphasis on motivational tools that help students and professional receive more success in their fields. The data reflects that people with high self-efficacy tend to have better emotional well-being, perform better in tasks, and are more likely to persist in the face of obstacles.
Not all things are created Equal
The lesson I learned is even though proteins powders may look the same, they do not perform the same way. Some have more binder or more fiber, less sugar or less ingredients. Each one is made unique for its own design and purpose.
Just get out and move
Then get lost in the cadence of my feet striking the pavement, thump thump thump. I can get lost in my breathing, huh ha ha, I connect to my body, turn off my mind and just be in the moment. Connect to my #self while also being in the universe. And I love that it’s just that easy.
