Pumpkin Protein Donuts

Ingredients:

3/4 c Almond Flour (could use Oat Flour too)

1/2 c Pumpkin Puree

2 Scoops Arbonne Vanilla Protein Powder

1/4 c melted Coconut Oil

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Ginger

1/4 tsp Nutmeg

1/4 tsp Sea Salt

1/4 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

How To:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer batter into a plastic bag and pipe into a donut pan. Bake at 350’ F for 18 minutes. Allow time to cool.

Optional to top with Almond Butter Glaze:

Combine 1 tbsp maple syrup with 2 tbsp almond butter and drizzle over donuts.
