More like if the universe is talking to you,

2. Acknowledge this is a gift
3. Listen with loving trust

Haver an idea? If you really want to make something of it then you’d better right it down. Then if you dare, say it out loud!

Only the gentle are ever really strong. Seems easy, but much harder in practice. I have learned how to be gentle with myself and what that phrase means to me.
