Glad its May
Glad I endured and floated back to the surface again. Tat’s what happens when life kicks you off course. Sometimes you need a whip in the tush to get you back on track #whoahorsey
So here I am, back on course ready to tackle the next adventure that awaits. Oh what peril will she face next? A dark and stormy trail, a hungry wolf, perhaps its a large harry Ogre! The hero braves on.
Buttermilk Falls
I was watching in awe as the water rushes down the falls, being witness to the force and the strength of water. How it wedges and moves earth to create a pathway. Brush and sticks are no match for the power of her flow. She carves new terrain of hope and rejuvenation all along the miles of riverbank. Nearby streams all collecting close and near to her, so they can we taken on to new landscapes, new sites, new shores.
Earth Day
Thing is, everyday is earth day to me because I live my life in love for this planet, this Mother to all life.
She Provides. She Nourishes. She loves us. #shelovesus
She gives us beautiful things to look at and great companions to share this time with.
She is teaching us how to grow and thrive each and everyday, season to season, year after year. We only need to notice.

I've been thinking about my #corevalues lately, clarifying them and making sure my actions are inline with my hearts true desires. And one that its at the forefront of how I move and make choices in my life is I am a "planet-arian"

Then get lost in the cadence of my feet striking the pavement, thump thump thump. I can get lost in my breathing, huh ha ha, I connect to my body, turn off my mind and just be in the moment. Connect to my #self while also being in the universe. And I love that it’s just that easy.
